Return and Refund Policy

Stylisess Clinicals (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://stylisess.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

We hope that you’ll love everything you ordered from stylisess.com. But if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the delivered date .

We’re sorry you didn’t love your ordered from stylisess.com. Read the instructions below to learn more about returns or exchanges.

•  For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
• We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.
• Generally, you will receive a refund within 10 to 30 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email ships@stylisess.com
• Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests  that are made from 31-35 days after purchase are eligible for store credit.
• Producst must be returned in new condition.

RETURN METHOD:

• Fill out the Return/Exchange Form link Return/Exchange
• Include the Stylisess Clinicals  original packing slip with your items.
• Drop off the package at one of your preferences carriers.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
• We receive all return products By Mail. See below the return address
• The customer will be liable for all return shipping costs.
• There will be no restocking fee.
